1. Services and Scope

Each booking will have an agreed service, priority, or general scope. Because concierge work can evolve once a project begins, any significant changes, additional days, outside labor, or added expenses will be discussed before moving forward.

Polished by Maddy does not perform licensed trade work, hazardous work, heavy moving, or any request that is illegal, unsafe, or outside reasonable professional capabilities.

2. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed once payment and any required consultation or service agreement are complete.

Service prices reserve Maddy’s dedicated time. Purchases, materials, parking, transportation outside the standard service area, additional labor, and third-party services are separate unless specifically included.

3. Concierge Days

A Concierge Day includes up to seven hours of reserved service time. While every reasonable effort will be made to complete the agreed priorities, completion of an unlimited task list or an entire project cannot be guaranteed within one day.

Unused time from an individual Concierge Day can roll over depending on circumstances.

Things happen, and reasonable flexibility will always be offered when possible.
