Most people are skilled at either seeing the vision or executing the details. I do both.

My name is Madeleine—but please, call me Maddy.

​

Based in the heart of Brickell, my career has taken me through large-scale distribution management, retail leadership, marketing, event coordination, and the care of multimillion-dollar horses. I did not simply move through these industries—I advanced in each of them.

​

I managed high-volume distribution operations within a billion-dollar company, led teams, coordinated complex projects, and was entrusted with valuable assets and responsibilities where sound judgment truly mattered. Although the settings were different, each demanded the same things from me: composure under pressure, exacting attention to detail, resourcefulness, and unwavering integrity.

Again and again, I became the person trusted with what mattered—the one expected to see the entire picture, anticipate what would be needed next, and handle problems before they became disruptions. Throughout my career, I often heard the same observation: “Not everyone operates like you.”

​

Although I enjoyed each chapter and was proud of what I accomplished, I knew I was still searching for work that felt entirely my own. Eventually, I realized my passion was never confined to one industry. It was found in the role I naturally played in all of them: bringing order to complexity, seeing what others missed, creating the plan, and taking ownership through completion.

Polished by Maddy is not a departure from my previous career. It is the culmination of everything I have done well—brought together with purpose and built on my own terms. I founded the company to bring that same level of foresight, discretion, and execution into my clients’ homes and daily lives.

Outside of work, I am a devoted animal lover and proud dog mom to Theo, my Coton de Tulear. I am also a passionate advocate for multiple sclerosis awareness in honor of my mother, whose extraordinary strength continues to shape my compassion, loyalty, and sense of responsibility.
